Dennis Travell has developed a strong commercial and company law practice. He has dealt with Company Sales up to the value of £50 million as well as substantial Management Buy Outs and Venture Capital based transactions. Some of the work he has undertaken includes Off-Shore Trusts. Dennis also has significant experience in the Insolvency World and Directors Disqualification Proceedings. Dennis has also built up a reputation amongst solicitors themselves as being an authority on partnership matters.
